Customers will complete a onetime sign up and will only be able to collect and redeem with each individual participating business or trader they were collected with. Each business can set their points and reward systems to their preferences and will each be able to market to their customers how they choose via a marketing portal.
The Loyalty Pro app will also help to raise brand awareness for businesses and the community across to improve businesses footfall and repeat custom. Within a community scheme, customers have the opportunity to donate their points to a local charity which has previously proved successful within our loyalty schemes.
Clinkpoints also provide a community fortnightly customer email where businesses can send their promotions, events, offers and news.
