Are my card details secure? | Yes, you're card number isn't stored. Once registered a unique ID is used for all transaction tracking. |
Why do you need my email? | We use this to create you a login and to send you notifications and vouchers. |
Can I add more than one payment method? | Yes, you can add as many credit or debit cards as you want and get rewarded for using each. |
What is the cost? | There is no cost to you the consumer for using this service. |
Is it safe? | Yes, all transactional data is encrypted and your card details are not visible to anyone once linked. |
Can I use it online? | Yes, wherever you use your card(s), online or instore you will gain points with participating stores. |
What happens if I change my card? | Simply log in to your account and link your new card. |
What happens if my card is stolen? | Contact your bank to cancel it as you would normally do so in such an incident and link your new card when you get it. |
Why didn’t my points get added from my purchase? | It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your purchase details from the card providers but in most cases, it should be instant. All points received will have a transaction date for you to refer back to. |
What do I do if I’ve forgotten my login? | Either reset your password via the login page or give us a call and we can do it for you. |
What do I do if I’ve deleted my app in error? | Simply re-install it, log in and your details will reappear. |
Can I redeem my vouchers in store without my app? | No. You will need the app to show proof of the offer/voucher and to redeem its value or donate points to your local chosen charity. |
